It is located at the end of the Suryan church of the Virgin Mary. It was the custom during the first centuries that the monastic fathers live in cells far from each other, but on Saturday of every week they gather in the church and spend the whole night in prayer and praises, like the evenings of Kiahk currently in our churches and on Sunday morning, after the liturgy, they gather at the table of agape (meaning love) to take their food, where a monk reads to them the lives of the saints while they eat, so the time of eating is a time of spiritual benefit as well.
